Originally from Burgundy and always passionate about cooking, I have followed a rich and varied path which has allowed me to develop solid and diversified culinary expertise.

After obtaining a CAP-BEP Hospitality option Cuisine and a Complementary Mention in Restaurant Pastry in Auxerre, city of Burgundy gastronomy, I began my career as a cook in the hospital public service then at "Cos de Nanteau Sur Lunain (77)" in a professional reintegration center.

These experiences allowed me to develop my skills while finding deep satisfaction in working for residents with disabilities.

In search of advancement, I obtained the Title of Kitchen Manager in Collective Catering and a Certificate of Competence in management. I then became Head Chef of two retirement homes, where I found satisfaction in offering quality meals, key moments for the comprehensive care of the elderly.

During my career, I had the opportunity to complete various internships with starred chefs, who passed on to me some of their knowledge and their passion for cooking.

Wanting to flourish in a peaceful and enriching living environment, I chose the Dordogne and became Catering Manager at Clairvivre, then Manager of “La Résidence”, the staff restaurant of the same company which will become “L'entracte” at the beginning of 2024.
